RULES

All vehicles must be licensed (current), operable, have a permit and be moved at least every seven days.

You must submit a written request and receive approval from the office to leave a vehicle for a longer period of time.

One vehicle per licensed driver, no more than two vehicles per unit.

Boats, campers, trailers, lawn tractors & other power equipment and RV's (motor homes, ATV's) are not allowed to be parked or stored at Sherman Terrace at any time.

Violators of these rules may be fined, ticketed and/or towed.
